Founded in 2008, Complete Food Safety began with a clear mission: to provide expert, practical food safety support to businesses across the hospitality and food production sectors. With decades of industry experience, our founder laid the groundwork for what would become a trusted, family-run consultancy.

In 2010, the company took its next step forward as a family business with the addition of the founder’s son, Robert Morris – now our Managing Director. Robert played a key role in expanding the company’s services into health and safety support, further strengthening our commitment to comprehensive compliance.

In 2011, we launched our e-commerce store, Complete Safety Supplies, responding to client demand for reliable, high-quality products such as thermometers, hygiene monitoring tools, and food safety workwear.

As the business evolved, we became a trusted partner in BRCGS certification support, helping clients meet the highest global standards for food safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Over time, our consultants noticed a common challenge: teams were still using outdated or overly complex due diligence systems. The result? Frustration, inconsistency, and avoidable risk.

To solve this, we launched Hubl in 2020 – a simple, affordable, and intuitive digital food safety diary designed to streamline compliance and make daily food safety effortless.
